Jillian came to PenSoft in 2004 from Paychex, Inc., where she earned the titles of Senior Payroll Specialist and Employee Mentor along with being a liaison between branch and corporate operations for payroll related services. She is a native of the DC Metropolitan area. Jillian has over ten years of payroll and customer service experience. In addition to providing outstanding program support to customers worldwide, she is a member of PenSoft's elite team of trainers providing top quality quarterly and annual seminars. Jillian also contributes to the quarterly PenSoft newsletter, monthly electronic newsletter, and assists with research to keep the PenSoft software in compliance with federal and State regulations.
Jillian is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is currently President of the Colonial Capital Chapter of the American Payroll Association (APA). She is also a member of the Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference, currently serving as Treasurer, and has served as Chair of the Social Committee since 2007.

Dan has over 17 years of payroll and accounting experience. He has been a member of the WMAC-APA and the APA since 1998. He became certified in 1999. He is Past President of the WMAC-APA. Dan is very active at the national level with the APA and AAPA. He has been instrumental in the formation of several APA chapters. Currently, Dan is the Senior Manager, Payroll for Intelsat Corporation and the Founder of the WMAC-APA. He is APA's 2009 Payroll Man of the Year.
