Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

.

• The payroll supervisor will manage two payroll associates.
  

• Process in-house payroll for 1,200 employees in several states on a weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly basis using ABRA software, Lathem timekeeping, and AS400 accounting software.
  

• The payroll supervisor will take charge of all aspects of full-cycle payroll including the journal entries and general ledger reconciliation related to payroll and 401K administration and funding.
  

Qualifications

• The payroll supervisor must have 5+ years of in-house payroll leadership experience in a large and multistate environment.
  

• Experience with ABRA highly preferred
  

• Experience managing and funding a 401K
  

• Ability to do the accounting side of payroll
  

• Strong organizational skills
  

• Proven ability to meet deadlines
  

• Exceptional computer skills
  

• Strong team focus. 
  

• A bachelors degree is preferred.  Pay to low $50’s with full benefit package.
