Topic:  Payroll System Selection and Implementation        60 min

Reshaud is a  Program Support Consultant Level 2 and Trainer for Peninsula Software of Virginia, Inc. (PenSoft) in Newport News, VA. He has worked for PenSoft since 2004. His primary duties include assisting clients with software questions, researching federal and state tax guidelines, software testing and training clients to effectively use PenSoft Payroll. Reshaud also worked in the Sales and Administration department of PenSoft. He presents software demonstrations to potential clients via the web and in person. This has familiarized him with the different types of payroll software available for various companies. One size does not fit all.

In addition to being a Certified Payroll Professional, Reshaud also is a tax professional. He puts this knowledge and experience to use as a seasonal tax preparer for H&R Block. Reshaud is bilingual- Spanish and English and is on his way to trilingual (French). Reshaud loves Virginia but his motto is “Have Passport, will Travel”.

Michelle began her career in payroll at the age of 18 and has achieved the Certified Payroll Professional certification. Currently, Michelle is the Assistant Fiscal Officer for the Senate of Virginia and is the only CPP in the legislative branch of Virginia state government.  Michelle is very active at the national level with the APA and has served on the following boards and committees:

GATF Child Support Subcommittee 

GATF Data Privacy and Security Subcommittee 

Hotline Referral Service 

National Speakers Bureau

Michelle is a founding member of the Colonial Capital Chapter of the APA.  Her message to all payroll professionals is to “invest in themselves”.
